Specifications and Changes:

Covent Garden Furniture, Inc is constantly improving its designs, materials and manufacturing methods in order to provide the finest commercial-quality product. Therefore, Covent Garden Furniture, Inc. reserves the right to make changes in materials, specifications, prices, styles and colors without notice, and without incurring any liability or obligation with reference to similar products previously manufactured. Any measurements or specifications noted are approximate.

Payment Terms:

All orders under $3500 must be paid for in full by credit card, debit card, or check at the time of purchase. Special payment arrangements can be made for orders over $3500. Please contact us directly at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Shipping and Delivery:

We ship via common carrier across the continental United States. We strive to provide the lowest possible rates available at the time of shipping. Our normal lead time is 2-3 weeks.  Transit time depends on location. If your order is needed urgently, please contact us and we will try to accommodate your needs in any way we can. Although infrequent, occasional delays may occur. In this instance, we will communicate directly with you via phone or email.

All Covent Garden Furniture shipments must be signed for at the time of delivery. Special shipping and delivery arrangements may also be made with us. Please contact us directly to make alternate shipping arrangements.

Freight Charges & Damages

 Our shipping costs are based on each item’s size and weight. We strive to provide you with the lowest shipping costs possible. All orders are shipped FOB Bradenton, Florida. Unless a specific carrier is requested, all shipments will be routed at the discretion of Covent Garden Furniture. Customer is responsible for ALL freight charges. Most new orders are shipped between 2-3 weeks. Any damage to the shipment MUST be noted on the freight bill at the time of delivery. Save all shipping cartons. Claims for freight damages are the responsibility of the consignee and must be filled out with the freight company to collect damages. 

 

 

Cancellations:

If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us within 48 hours of placing your order. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled without a Return Merchandise Authorization (see below). Re-stocking and other charges may apply.

Returns:

No merchandise can be returned without express authorization of Covent Garden Furniture Company.  All returns are subject to a restocking and handling charge. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order please notify us immediately at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . You must contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the items(s) to be eligible for a refund.   A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be issued by us before any item is returned. Failure to obtain a RMA will result in the refund being denied. Return shipping instructions will be issued when the RMA has been approved by Covent Garden Furniture.

All freight and other applicable charges will be at the customer's expense. If a defect is noticed it should be reported to Covent Garden Furniture Company immediately. All merchandise subject to a return must be in its original packaging, unused. All goods are specific to a customer's preference; therefore made to order items are non-refundable unless prior written consent is given by Covent Garden Furniture Company.
