| Covent Garden Residential Frame Warranty |
| When used in a residential setting, the warranty covers aluminum outdoor patio furniture frames for ten years. If your Covent Garden frame fails structurally during normal usage within ten years, we will repair or replace the outdoor furniture frame at manufacturer's discretion (with same or similar product if discontinued) at no charge. Parts and labor are included. Covent Garden Furniture will pay freight costs for the first year within the Continental U.S. only. |

| Covent Garden Commercial Frame Warranty |
| When used in a commercial setting, we warranty our outdoor patio furniture frames for five years from the date of purchase. Commercial use is defined as use in any public area. If your Covent Garden Furniture frame fails structurally during normal usage within five years, we will repair or replace the frame (with same or similar product if discontinued) at no charge. Covent Garden Furniture will pay the freight costs for the first year within the Continental U.S. only |

| Frame Finish |
| If the finish peels, cracks or blisters within five years due to manufacturing defect, we will repair, refinish or replace the frame at manufacturer's discretion (with same or similar product if discontinued) at no charge. Parts and labor are included. Covent Garden Furniture will pay freight costs for the first year within the Continental U.S. only. |

| Vinyl Straps |
| We warranty our vinyl straps and lacing against breakage for five years from the date of purchase. This applies only to breakage, not color changes. In the unlikely event that a strap breaks or pulls loose, Covent Garden Furniture will supply a replacement strap at no charge. (Labor not included.) We warranty our vinyl straps against discoloration for three years from the date of purchase. In the unlikely event that a strap is grossly discolored, Covent Garden Furniture will supply a replacement strap at no charge. (Labor not included.) Strap replacement due to discoloration is at vinyl supplier’s discretion. |

| Seaside Use |
| Due to the demands of salt air, Covent Garden Furniture recommends weekly or biweekly periodic cleaning of buildup and potential oxidation. We also recommend quarterly waxing of your frames to assist in your product’s maximum longevity. Failure or neglect to make needed cleanings may cause paint to blister, and such failure will void the Warranty. See care and Maintenance document. |

| Cushions, slings and Umbrellas |
| We warranty the fabrics on our patio cushions, slings, and umbrellas for one year from the date of purchase against tearing, discoloration or fading. We also warrant the cushion fill for one year from date of purchase. |

| Table Tops |
| Acrylic, Glass, and Fiberglass table tops are protected by warranty against breaking, bowing or warping for one year from date of purchase (acrylic tops with Umbrella hole not included). Covent Garden Furniture will pay residential freight costs for the first year within the Continental U.S. only. |

| What is not covered under our warranty |
| • Plastic, nylon & fiberglass parts |
| • Scratching or chipping of the powder paint finishes due to abuse |
| • Acrylic Table Tops with patio umbrella holes |
| • Damage caused by fire, freight damage or acts of nature |
| • Any or all shipping costs regarding the Covent Garden Furniture Damage caused by fire, freight damage or acts of nature • Wind damage |
| • Failure caused by neglecting to provide proper care and maintenance |
| • Failure caused by unreasonable use or abuse |
| • Bursting or cracking of frames due to exposure to freezing temperatures |
| • Stains or discoloration of vinyl straps, mesh fabrics and cushion materials due to contact with dyes from wet clothing, chemicals, suntan and sun block products |
| • Damages exceeding the cost of the product |
| • Damages caused by unauthorized repair or product tampering |
| • Damage caused to products that have been used for purposes other than those specified in the product instructions • Finish failure from indoor pool or seaside use caused by neglecting to provide reasonable and necessary care |

| Returned goods authorization |
| Carefully inspect all boxes or cartons before accepting or signing receipts from carrier. Count the items and sign only for the number of items counted and accepted. Claims for freight damage must be handled between the consignee and the freight company. Covent Garden Furniture, Inc will not accept returned goods without prior written authorization. |

| If your claim is valid, you will be assigned a Return Authorization Number and will receive full Return instructions. Failure to obtain a return authorization number from us prior to returning the product(s) will result in the item(s) being re-delivered to you at your expense. |

| Concealed damage |
| To minimize problems, we recommend that all products be unpacked within 48 hours of receipt. After unpacking the product, if damage is found, notify the carrier’s agent immediately to inspect the merchandise. Save all cartons and packing materials. The agent is required to issue a “concealed damage” report. All claims must be made with the carrier; however Covent Garden Furniture, Inc will render all possible assistance in settling claims. |
